Iqra Public Higher Secondary School was established in 2001, by Iqra Educational and Welfare Society Moro. The main mission and vision of Iqra Public Higher Secondary School is to impart quality and standard education to the people of Moro and surrounding areas of moro.During 2001-2002 session admissions were started from Nursery to Middle classes. During 2002-2003 the school was upgraded to high level and affiliation was obtained from Board of Intermediate and Secondary education Sukkur.

During 2004-2005 Iqra public High School was upgraded as Higher Secondary level (XI & XII) classes were commenced. With grace of Almighty Allah very good percentage was obtained by the student of Iqra Public Higher Secondary School Moro in annual examination conducted by Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sukkur.
